Compliment from Larry Kinsey Mabank, TXover 1 year agoThis HOA imposes a $ 200.00 permit fee to set a mobile home on your own property. The form is simple and any 7th grader could read.Yrt it supposedly go to Architectural committee for review. This Is a money grab scheme in which the property owners receive no benefit. A class action suit needs to be brought to action reimbursing all property owners. Additionally looking at operating expense.
